Roadworks Affecting Access To Ivanhoe

From 05\06 to 15\06 the Smisby Road will be closed from the A511 roundabout, and you will be directed through Ashby Town Centre to access Ivanhoe.

Please leave adequate time in your journeys to compensate, however we will endeavour to assist by holding rides where riders are a few minutes late

Happy Birthday!

2010 is our 20th anniversary. We opened in 1990 with just two ponies and one horse, teaching 7 clients a week - and at our peak we have had over 40 equines for 200 riders a week!

Commemorative competitions and events are being planned for the summer.

Quorn Hunt Opening Meet

Riding School horse "Ria" attended the Quorn Hunt Opening Meet last month sidesaddle.

She hunts every week, and is also used for riding school lessons from beginner to advanced, as well as side-saddle lessons.

A true "all rounder"!

Ruffles And His New Owner

Ex-Ivanhoe pony RUFFLES has had a terrific year with his new owner, 3 year old Bethan Gray.

Ruffles has been with Beth and Debbie Gray and Liz Moore at Mooreland Stables, Griffydam for the last year.

He has won rosettes in showing, dressage and showjumping, and were 1st reserve champion in the end of season points awards!

We decided at the end of the summer to give ownership of Ruffles to Beth, as they are such a lovely partnership who clearly adore each other! We look forward to reading many more updates over the years!
